What is the HAC?
The HAC is a partnership of:
The Haldimand Abilities Centre offers supportive programs and services to individuals aging with chronic disease or disability.
HAC staff are experts trained in recreation, brain injury, dementia and vision loss. The HAC is focused on helping participants maintain their quality of life.
Who would benefit?
We welcome all members of the community. People who use our program often face a variety of challenges related to Alzheimer's disease or other dementias, acquired brain injury, physical or developmental disability, visual impairments and/or isolation.
