Caregiver Wellness Centre
Goals
To provide individuals in our community with information required to support their role as caregiver and enhance their loved one's well-being.
Target Group
Individuals who are providing, or will potentially provide, support to a family member currently in the community, in hospital, or in long-term care, as well as those individuals themselves who are living with a disability or age-related illness.
