Until May 1st (or later, depending on government directives):
Home visits and office visits will continue on a case-by-case priority basis. These will be done by appointment only.
Online group programming continues, including education, support groups, and exercise programs.
However, changes may be made to in-person group programming during the course of the Stay at Home Order (April 8 – May 6). Some groups may move online, or be postponed until after May 6th. If you are registered for a group that is scheduled to meet in-person during this time, your staff contact will be in touch if changes are being made.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate these new public health guidelines!
For donations:
In order to support physical distancing, we urge you to make an online gift if possible during this time. However, if you would like to drop off a donation, please call the office upon arrival and our receptionist will greet you outside (please wear a mask) to receive your generous gift.
