Sit to Be Fit – Virtual/Burlington (Sept 14-Dec 14)

(Three one-hour sessions on Mondays at 9:00AM, 10:00AM and 12:00PM)

This exercise class will be held weekly from September to December. It will be hosted online until it is safe to resume in-person programming.
It is open to older adults of various abilities. The class involves a workout of all major muscle groups with a focus on strength, endurance, flexibility and balance.
New participants are welcome to join at any time but must register first!
There are three separate sessions: 9:00AM-10:00AM, 10:00AM-11:00AM and 12:00PM-1:00PM.
