Sit to Be Fit (Ongoing) – Various Times – Virtual

Sit to Be Fit is a virtual exercise class that meets online.

It is offered at various times:

– Mondays at 9AM, 10AM and Noon

– Tuesdays at 9AM

– Wednesdays at 9AM, 1PM and 2PM

– Thursdays at 9AM

– Fridays at 9AM and 2PM

Program Description:

Open to older adults of various abilities. The class involves a workout of all major muscle groups with a focus on strength, endurance, flexibility and balance.
