An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Thursday, repeating until December 17, 2020

September 10th to December 17th (Thursdays at 9:00AM to 10:00AM)

Program Description: 

This exercise class will be held weekly from September to December.  It will be hosted online until it is safe to resume in-person programming.

It is open to older adults of various abilities. The class involves a workout of all major muscle groups with a focus on strength, endurance, flexibility and balance.

New participants are welcome to join at any time but must register first!
