An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, repeating until April 30, 2021
Sit to Be Fit is a virtual exercise class that meets online.
It is offered at various times:
– Mondays at 9AM, 10AM and Noon
– Tuesdays at 9AM
– Wednesdays at 9AM, 1PM and 2PM
– Thursdays at 9AM
– Fridays at 9AM and 2PM
