Online Education During Covid-19

Free On-line Education during COVID-19

We are offering various learning opportunities online to help families and friends continue to stay connected and enhance their knowledge of dementia. These programs will be hosted by one of our Public Education team members and all participants will have the chance to ask questions.

The online platform we use is called Zoom. It is safe and easy to install.
1. If you’ve never used Zoom before, you will need to download
the program.

MIDDLE STAGE EDUCATION SERIES

A three session learning series for family and friends of persons living with dementia who are in the middle stage. Topics include: recognizing middle stage, hands-on care tips, long term care discussion

LONG TERM CARE INFORMATION SESSION

These three one hour sessions will review tips and ideas to prepare for the move and provide resources for you to review afterward.
Attendees can attend any or all of these sessions.

You can ask your local Public Educator your questions!
Please email them your question(s), and they will reply back with the date and time of your local zoom meeting.
Meetings will be approximately 45 minutes.
Each presentation will be unique and will addresses the questions that had been sent in. Invitations will be sent exclusively to the people who sent in questions!
