Sit to Be Fit is Now Online

Our well-loved Sit to Be Fit program is now being offered online, absolutely free of charge!

Sit to Be Fit is a FREE, low impact workout for seniors.

The program is designed to promote health and fitness for seniors and those wishing to increase strength, balance, flexibility and endurance. All of these components help to improve and maintain daily living skills.

Classes are just over 30 minutes long, and can be done from the comfort of your own home with low-to-no equipment…just a chair!

Classes are posted regularly on our Facebook page. Be sure to click “Like” on the page so that you can see our posts!
