The CODE Project

Memory Cafés

Memory Cafés are social opportunities focusing on shared interests of a particular group. Memory Cafés help members of your group who may be living with a dementia, or caring for someone, remain as part of your group and not become socially isolated.

Click Here for full information on Memory Cafés.

Diversity Ambassadors

These are individuals who represent a diverse community either professionally or personally. The Diversity Ambassadors volunteer for the CODE Project by facilitating Memory Cafés, running booths at information fairs, and also bridging the gap between their community and the Alzheimer Society.

Community Presentations

Educational presentations are available to any group/community at no cost. These presentations cover various topics such as brain health, warning signs of dementia, and communication tips for caregivers.

Community Partners

These are community organizations or agencies whose values and missions share similarities with that of the Alzheimer Society.
