The Alzheimer Society is accredited to provide The Reitman Centre TEACH program. FOR: Caregivers SESSIONS: 4 weekly or bi-weekly sessions, 1.5 hours per session, maximum 8 care partners PURPOSE: Coaches care partners in practical communication and coping skills while sharing and learning from others. TOPICS: Focuses on self-care, healthcare system navigation, relationship changes, future planning.
