Self-Care for the Caregiver – Virtual (Jan 27 – May 5)

A 16-week educational program designed to help you learn how to take better care of you as you care for others. The three-hour weekly classes to help you learn how to develop your inner capacity to be resilient and strong regardless of your current life challenges.

First Steps (Jan 20-Feb 24) Virtual

A six week learning series delivered on-line for persons with early stage memory loss and their guest. First Steps helps individuals newly diagnosed with a dementia understand their diagnosis and the changes they experience.

Dementia Education Series (Jan 20 – Feb 10) Virtual

These 4 sessions will help families and friends of persons living with dementia to understand the different types of dementia, the resulting changes, and understanding community resources.

Laughter Yoga – Virtual

This weekly drop-in program offering laughter yoga is a unique exercise routine that combines unconditional laughter with yogic breathing (Pranayama). This failure-free program encourages everyone to laugh for no single reason. Intended for care partners, persons living with dementia, and the general public.

Thursday Social Club – Virtual

An online social-group every Thursday that will have activities for the person living with dementia and their guest to participate in together.
